Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern all purchases made on the Website, including:

  • TWO/THIRD GENESIS KEY NFTs.

  • Physical products.

Article 2 – Offered Products

NFTs: Payment accepted only in Solana (SOL).

NFTs are automatically transferred to the User’s wallet upon successful minting.

Physical products:  Payment options: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Solana, and USDC (on Solana network).

Worldwide shipping:

Europe: Delivered via Colissimo.

Americas: Delivered via USPS.

Article 3 – Orders and Payments

Users will receive an order confirmation email after payment has been validated.

For cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are not possible if the wallet address was entered incorrectly by the User.

Article 4 – Return and Refund Policy

NFTs: Refunds are not available due to the digital and unique nature of the product.

Physical products:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

• Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the User.

Article 5 – Warranty and Support

Physical products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for refunds.
